Parking varies depending if an event is scheduled at the Rio Dell Fire Hall.
If an event is scheduled, we park next-door in the library parking lot.
If no event is scheduled, we park next to the field.
We are always welcome to unload and load next to the field.

Handicapped parking is available next to the field regardless.

Dog's Age Requirements

Dogs must be at least 12 months of age to enter: Frizgility, FunKey, and 7Up.
Freestyle - Dogs must be at least 16 months of age to enter.
For all other games: No age restriction.

Consecutive Games

Teams are allowed to run consecutive games in an event as long as the field stays the same.

Treats

Treats are not allowed on the competition field and may not be used as a lure or reward on the field. Use of a non-audible tug toy is allowed, to encourage a dog to return the disc. Tugging on the disc is allowed.

Pooper scooper

Anyone found not picking up after themselves or their dog will be excused from the event without a refund. If a dog eliminates on the field, time will not stop and you may finish your round, but the player is required to clean up after their dog as soon as the round is complete. However, this can make it tough for all dogs in future rounds, so please take care to walk your dogs, so they eliminate prior to their turn.

Sick dogs/In Season

If your dog is sick, please respect the other dogs and DO NOT attend the event and seek veterinary attention. We will offer a refund with a veterinary note, however we will NOT offer a refund to any dogs we need to dismiss from the event site due to illness. Bitches in Season are permitted to compete provided they wear panties when competing and they will run as last dog for that game.

Collars and Leashes

Choke chains, prong or shock collars or other such training collars, are not allowed on the playing field per UpDog rules.

All dogs may wear a flat collar with no tags in Frizgility, FunKey, or 7Up, or they can run naked. No harnesses or other accessories are allowed in the agility games.

For all other games there are no additional restrictions on what collars, harnesses, vests, bandannas etc. can be worn as long as the dog’s movement is not restricted and no safety hazard is posed. We do not recommend dogs wear shoulder-restrictive harnesses while competing.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather or other issue outside of our control, we will issue credits for a future events.
